Moon Shots at Reddit
At Reddit, I initially collaborated under the Head of Design, addressing cross-organizational challenges, spanning product design, coding prototypes, motion, and collaborating with senior leadership. As the design team expanded, I played a pivotal role in a newly formed group called "bets," where my contributions were instrumental in successfully launching collectibles avatars, and saving a project from being discontinued. Subsequently, I seized the opportunity to build an exceptional design team that I recruited 13+ people comprising illustrators, art directors, motion and creative technologists. This dynamic team spearheads initiatives such as product design language, moments, dev platform, international, avatars, and growth. Below are a few highlights from my team or myself
