I played a pivotal role in driving NFT marketplace growth, shaping product strategy + design and the overall design landscape at Reddit. Beginning with coding generative avatars, I progressed to become the Creative Director for the entire project. In a crucial strategic phase, I rescued the project from potential abandonment due to dissatisfaction with the initial iteration. Swiftly collaborating with an outstanding studio, we facilitated a successful 10 million avatar drop. Building on this success, I led the creator program, handling UX and serving as the creative lead for creators. After that, I was given a budget to create a new entire team of 12+ people that works on special projects and bets that include avatars. We expanded our impact through free avatar launches and established key partnerships with NFL for the Super Bowl and regular season, Ubisoft, and F1.
