Chloe Ward is an Ohio native who graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She has extensive experience in UX design, Creative Direction, Motion Design, Coding, having worked for Microsoft, VR Healthcare, educational design and co-founding the Seattle VR/AR Meetup, one of the largest meetups in the country. Chloe has also presented on VR/AR design and storytelling throughout Seattle.

In 2017, Chloe founded Tinker Studios, an indie XR studio that aims to create impactful XR experiences. The studio has produced multiple award-winning hackathon experiences, as well as innovative immersive XR experiences. Their premiere experience, Tinker, was presented at various industry events, including Sundance New Frontier 2021, Siggraph 2021, and XRDC. Chloe was also a member of the Oculus Launchpad Class in 2018 and 2020, and her team was awarded the Tinker 2020 grant.

In addition to her work at Tinker Studios, Chloe currently serves as the Creative Director of Reddit Special Projects, which was named one of Forbes' best projects and has over 6 million wallets connected. She leads a team of over 12 creatives in this role. Her responsibilities have expanded to working with teams across Reddit, focusing on the relaunch of awards, etc
